2. Data we collect

• Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), property name, number of rooms, website (optional), message, type of request and page language.
• Demo booking (via Google Calendar): first name, last name, email, phone and answers to the booking form.
• Email, phone or WhatsApp exchanges: the content of your messages.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps access logs (IP address, date, page visited) needed for the security of the site.

We do not collect any sensitive data and use no cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

3. Why we use your data

• To answer your request, organise a demo and send you a proposal: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To follow up on your request and contact you about StayGenius: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working properly: legitimate interest.

Your data is never sold or rented.

4. Who has access to your data

Only the StayGenius team and our technical providers, acting solely on our instructions:

• Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus) — website hosting and server that receives and processes form requests;
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Calendar, Google Meet and Google tools used to manage requests;
• WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. — only if you contact us via WhatsApp.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

The website and the form are hosted in the European Union. Google may process some data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates, and/or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention period

• Contact and demo requests: 3 years after our last exchange.
• If you become a client: for the duration of the contract, then for the periods required by law (accounting and invoicing).
• Technical logs: according to our hosting provider's retention period.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@staygeniussuite.com: we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, Portugal — www.cnpd.pt) or with the data protection authority of your country.

8. Cookies

This website uses no cookies or trackers and loads no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server. If you click an external link (Google Calendar to book a demo, WhatsApp), that service applies its own privacy policy.

9. Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS and access to data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.

10. Changes

This policy may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
